If you are on iOS, go on the app to Settings > App Settings > Delete Cache as well as Delete Content Database. Otherwise, you can do a full uninstall and reinstall of the app. If you are on Android, you will need to go to your System’s storage to delete cache. Otherwise, you can do the same and uninstall the app. It may still happen from time to time.
