I pre order the beyond light in July and received my pre order items from postmaster. I check my pre order items in my collections and my ghost shell is safe but my beyond light emblem is missing from my collection. My titan still have a beyond light pre order emblem but I can't get the emblem from my collection for other characters because it is missing from my collection.
