Has anyone encountered this? I was exploring Mars cleaning up triumphs before the location is put in the DCV and I have ran across this waypoint that leads to a terminal in a room. I don't remember this being here before, and I don't see any quests or missions leading me here. I've finished the campaign ages ago so I'm not sure why it is pointing me here. There is no icon to activate the terminal or use it in any way, so I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do if anything. Thoughts?
