Tommy's Matchbook Catalyst Quest still in Banshee's menu
Somehow I still got the catalyst quest on Banshee after I've already done it, I heard there was a fix back then, but I don't think it reached to me. Can any staff at least try remove it from my account? Or is it still a widespread bug?

There was a fix issued to resolve a bug where the quest was removed from the inventory of players who hadn't finished it yet, but this fix also gave it back to those who had already completed it. You can simply abandon it if you haven't already and ignore it in Banshee's inventory until this is fixed.
