Pls Bungie delete the permanent restrictions from bad connection
It's just simple, you wipe the permanent restrictions, just ask them if they can upgrade their internet, the people who fix their internet comeback to play and all the community it's happy.

15 RespuestasPeople with bad connections have 2 chances to fix their connection, if they just ignore the restrictions then it’s their fault for getting banned not Bungie’s. Removing the perma ban and just asking people to fix their connection will not happen as more then likely people will not listen.
