So i had cross save set up for the majority of the Foresaken Era. Since the update ushering in the upcoming DLC: Beyond Light, my cross save has become unusable. I played majority of the game on playstation and wanted to switch over to Xbox to continue my progress. It would show me my character on the selection screen but when selected, itll take me to orbit and state my light level was 0 and would not let me travel anywhere. However, i was able to play it fine on playstation. I checked the cross save on the website and it said my xbox was not linked and not let me access it. My concern here is that being that i put so much time into the game, it's unfair to lose all progress because of a glitch that rendered me unable to continue that progress on my xbox despite cross save being the bridge for that. I deactivated cross save and now i have to wait 90 days to activate it. Can someone at bungie just enter and just move that progress over to xbox or will it just be stuck there forever?
