Umbral Engrams
So I finished the quest to turn into Drifter however I cannot select the engram he has to complete the mission because I already have 10 Umbral engrams in my inventory that I also cannot get rid of so how do I turn in the mission with a full inventory of Umbral engrams?

Bungie is aware of the issue and has a fix in the works for this coming Tuesday. You can either wait until Tuesday, or you can switch to another character and progress the quest on that character to the point of unlocking the decoder. The quest is account-based so unlocking the decoder on one character unlocks it for all your characters. Then you can switch back to the stuck character and start decrypting some or all of the 10 engrams you currently have.
