Hey guys, this to me seems to be one of the more obscure bugs going on but is easily one of the more infuriating bugs. The felwinter's helm has about a 25% rate of success with its exotic effect where sometimes it will work as intended and sometimes just not work at all seemingly at random. In PvE it seems more consistent but in PvP seems to proc 1/10 times which makes it disappointing to try and use against other guardians effectively. This bug has been ongoing for about a month now ever since the exotic was reenabled. This saddens me deeply as I love the exotic but with such a low success rate of the perk being activated inconsistently, I have found myself driven away from the exotic entirely. If this can be passed along in some way it would be appreciated as until it is fixed, I fear the exotic will not be used by 98% of the community and fade as a useless exotic.
