My friend and I finally got around to doing the Black Armory Key Mold and he didn't get it even though he completed the previous step. Can anybody help us out? He doesn't have another character. He plays this game pretty casually and I know that he was pretty excited to do this and after checking the Postmaster, his Vault, all parts of his inventory and all his quests, we couldn't find it. It just disappeared. Please help. Thank you.
