Watercress error

Last week the watercress error started for me. When loading my character I sometimes sit on a black screen for about 3 minutes and then I’ll get watercress. Sometimes I’ll get lucky and load in to a match or something. I’ll finish the activity and get error “newt”. Then sit on a black screen for a long time but eventually I’ll get “watercress”. I can jump on my PS4 and load into the game with no issues. I’ve tried reinstalling the game, I’ve messed with networking settings. Tried hard wired vs wireless, changed ports. Xbox is telling me I have no packet loss and no issues with my internet on my end. So to boil it all down there’s an issue with my Xbox account communicating with the my Bungie.net account.

  • This is an error code that Bungie is [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/255429769?sort=0&page=0]currently investigating[/url] but don't currently have a resolution to yet. They know it's a result of having too many "player sessions" opened. This basically means that when you quit Destiny 2, your session for that time played should go away, but this doesn't happen on Xbox
