So right now I'm 960 power level and i still didn't receive the quest from Ikora. I want to get steelfeather repeater from sundail but I can't even get it active. I even finished the campaign and the Osiris expansion but it didn't work. And by the way i have both forsekan and shadowkeep in my account. Is this a bug or something? Should i do anything else to get the quest? Please help!!!
