I've tried deleting the quest, I've tried doing it on my other characters but they all have the same quest progression. Nothing has worked. My husband did the first part of the quest for me because I was very busy with work at the time and he didn't want me to miss out. I don't know what happened but he and his friend both were able to complete the quests just fine but I got locked out. My waypoints are far inside the closed door, I can't buy tributes no matter how many bounties I do, and there is no prompt to place the banner tribute (not that I even have the banner tribute anywhere). I had really wanted to get the Bad Juju. Has Bungie come out with any fixes for this? Are they working on it at all? This is just really disappointing.
