Code Already Redeemed
I bought a brand-new copy of Destiny 2: Forsaken Legendary Collection for PS4 from Gamestop, and the code was already redeemed, I already talked to the PlayStation support Live Chat and they confirmed that the code was already used and they referred me to this page as to get a new code.

They referred you to the wrong location. Bungie does not generate codes for any of those. I would recommend you discuss this further with PSN and get Gamestop involved as well. It is highly likely that the code you received for Forsaken has expired. If it did, then Gamestop sold you a defective product and you should get a refund from them. Bungie has nothing to do with this at this juncture.
