Anarchy not doing damage if 1/2 chained shots are destroyed
There is a bug where Anarchy stops dealing damage if a chained shot is destroyed.
This happens when either 2 are stuck on the enemy, or one on the enemy and one on the ground. It just has the animation of arc pulses but does no damage. It isn't a guarantee but it does happen often.
