Season of The Undying Pin Help
I spent all last week (2 weeks ago now) grinding out the Undying Medal so that it could be my first title and I claimed my code the morning of the day Season of the Dawn lauched around 7am EST but I never got an email with my code. Now it's not even showing up on the Bungie Rewards page! Please help me! It's my first title and I really wanted to get the medal :'(.
Just as a side note, if theres any typos in the message above that's because I quoted the tweet I sent to @BungieHelp twitter but they never answered me.

If it makes you feel any better I'm not sure you missed out on anything, I ordered an Undying pin almost 6 months ago and still have not received it. I've emailed their customer service and they sent me a regurgitated info packet on COVID-19 and said they can cancel the order "if I would like" since the package came with digital items they can't refund my order, but they're more than happy to cancel! lul I feel jebaited, it really does feel bad, maaaan...

1 RespuestaHello. Unfortunately, the Undying pin is no longer available for purchase. For future rewards, make sure to check that you have the correct email linked, look in your spam folder, and potentially even use a different email service (Gmail instead of Outlook, for example).
