Shoulder hurts...ow...
Ok so basically I’ve got this thing that I can do with my left shoulder to where I can pop it in and out of place effortlessly. Well, I messed with it again a week ago and I woke up today in a decent chunk of pain. Could be growing pains idk, but holy crap it hurts. Wat do?

4 RespuestasCan you lift you arm up past your shoulder height? If you can, just take some anti-inflammatories, lots of ice packs on it & rest it. You don't want to end up like me Hoss!
