Certain Armor Effects Not Working
While attempting to solo Shattered Throne during the final encounter, I noticed Dynamo and Vesper of Radius’s Rift recharge-boosting effect would stop working for an interval, then work again for a while, and repeat. There was no consistent logic for why it would stop working, through my testing in play.
