I've been trying to get the Malfeasance for the past week, first i started on my warlock, i picked up the quest from drifter and killed multiple meatballs and my quest completely vanished. I went to drifter multiple times to check, on different platforms as well and nothing. It wasn't there as deleted either. I then tried it on my titan and the same exact thing happened. I really want the gun but its actually not appearing.
