[Bug] Shinobu's Vow + Explosive Finisher
Good morning,
Shinobu's provides two Skip Grenade charges but when i use Explosive Finisher only one charge is refreshed. Considering the grenade recharge rate of Lucky Raspberry and the fact Monte Carlo recharges both knife charges of Ophidia Spathe, this is a bug.
Hope this gets fixed soon.
