So here's the deal, I never got into playing the black armory dlc and only unlocked 1 forge, Izanami Forge. I took a break for a while and started playing D2 again about a month and half before D2 Shadowkeep came out, so now I'm trying to play a little catch up on some of the exotic quests. So I have been trying to gain access to the other 3 forges in order to start the Izanagi's Burden quest and I am unable to get any of the initial quests started. I have tried finding items, killing enemies, for hours and nothing is dropping. I know this is a long explanation but is this part of the quest line bugged as well or is there something I'm doing wrong? Thank for the help in advance.
