That the only way to earn things from the previous years if an items your after hasn't been listen to appear in the dust store is to submit to using the illegal gambling mechanics of the engrams? And 'there only cosemtic' does not work as an excuse. Overwatch loot boxes were deemed illegal. Any random mechanic that involves any form of real money needs to go. Any items from previous seasons should be avaliable for a fraction of the price of dust and only dust. No silver. In a game you still need to pay to get new content. Old content should not be behind a paywall but be earnable through normal game play.
