My issue is my quest to obtain the Crucible emblem "Burnished Blade" is glitched. On the final step the quest wants me to "Earn Valor Rank Heroic" but I'm Heroic III now and the objective will not complete. Is anyone else having this issue? Can Bungie provide help please? Thank you
