Honestly, this is simply unacceptable... I've been locked out of the tribute hall ever since it released because of this stupid bug and it's still present even with the release of Shadowkeep. Bungie, ik it's a crazy time rn with the steam release and shadowkeep, but this bug has been going on way back since July.
