Link to the photo is attached with evidence -- I consistently have the notification icon/indicator that there is a "new" emblem on this section, but I cannot hover over anything new to clear the indicator. I'm assuming it's related to the Refer-A-Friend quest, and my "Senior Recruiter" emblem could be bugged. Can someone from Bungie look into this and get back to me, or potentially clear it for me server side? Thank you.
