Turned in some tokens to Shaxx and finally got the Smoldering Flame emblem to drop, however my inventory was full. I assumed it would have gone to my postmaster, but it didn't. I then check my collections. The emblem is indeed in there, but I can't take it out (similar to other "random roll" items being unobtainable from collections). Any chance that this could be fixed? I'd like to get my emblem please.
