Bungie, please remove the perk "Backup plan" from high impact fusion rifles. This perk makes them absolutely broken in pvp and also indirectly nerfs the already bad balanced rapid fire fusion rifles.
Every fusion rifle with a charge time higher than 700 should not roll with this perk.
Fusion rifles like [b]Techeun Force and Proelium FR3[/b] will never be able to compete against other special weapons, especially fusion rifles in pvp.
A high impact gun should never be able to rapid fire, unless it is an exotic gun.
