This is for the Iron Banner Headstrong quest step. You normally need wins and win streaks. All you want to do is have at least a times 2 win streak. You can get this from iron banner, rumble, whatever. Then you can launch the tower and then leave over and over until the quest is completed or load up the gambit queue and back out over and over until the quest is completed. Exiting any activity grants progress towards the quest step.
