I think instead of rewarding a player for their mistake the Revoker should be a rapid fire frame and add stacks of 15% handling speed and target acquisition up to 3x on precision kills and once you get a kill with that 3x stack it resets and gives you a damage bonus that can body shot a super. Just my 2 cents. Upvote if you agree. Edit: the damage bonus is only 1 bullet and it lasts until you use it even when stowed.
