I dont dispute that and to be honest im at work, didnt read OP to full extent, but yeah matchmaking for solos could definitly improve but the problem will be willingness and so on the when you do find people and they cant communicate will you still play, a lot of fine tuning to do and variables to sort out but yeah if they can fix it id say that would be great, you can go with your friends or group up with randos on a in game premade fireteam of randos and there you go, i agree with you like i said, bad comprehension on my part, thought they want everything available to be done solo and eliminate teamplay entirely
