Well i couldnt acess the door to begin the outbreak quest and the only character i could do it on is my warlock which is barely 450 power let alone 690 or even 700 like my hunter is. Ive done everything and all thats left is the mission and getting one-shotted by fallen. Bungo, you shouldve tested this so that any character, not just the first created, could do it :c
