Had this happen to me today and was really confused about it. Not saying it is OP but just saying that it is misleading. I thought the final perk made the invader act as a blocker in proximity to the bank, not from any part of the map. I can see this being heavily spammed by stacked teams and even exploited by smart evasive players. In the large Mars map this could be highly effective. Will see when it becomes more of a common trend.
