RESPAWN TIME for High Value-Targets
It HAS to decrease the amount of respawn time! I don't know why we have to wait so much to fight these enemies. Their respawn time should be in minutes tops! If this is suposed to make things harder it is dumb, make them stronger then. I'm here in the cistern on nessus trying to complete Spider's Bounties more than one hour!
