No nerfing was needed for this mediocre exotic! It’s barely used in the first place, and the titans that did had serious guts because it was so bad. All it did was recover a small amount of health and turn your health bar blue. And the tracking was bad too. Half the time you rush the person you’re tracking, the exotic they have makes your shots not register counters you so you die! Not even fair! This is so unfair! Literally the only special thing this exotic did was allow titans who put their routers in jello to teleport around. Stupid nerf bungie. [spoiler][i]lol[/i][/spoiler]
