Did Milestones Get Nerfed?
Just did a few milestones (heroic story missions, strikes, Titan events) and noticed every powerful reward is dropping at exactly 651. I'm 650 power. This seems to be incredibly minuscule increase. Is this bad RNG? Is this working as intended? Or did they change something?
