Dont know if it's been mentioned but, playing around yesterday in Gofannon forge and I equipped Risk Runner and Mask of the Quiet One. Almost every add is shooting you with Arc which turns on the perk, not to mention that with everything aiming for you puts you in crit pretty fast, which is where the MotQO comes in handy. I never even used my primary weapon. It absolutely melts and it's fun as hell. I hated Vblunder forge but I could do Gofannon all day. Try it next time and enjoy!
