Thunderlord Glitch?

Hello, I am wondering if this has happened to anyone else. Before the new season I had finished the quest from Amanda Holiday for the exotic Thunderlord. I did not pick this item up from her when it was available because I thought it would go to my character's Vault or Inventory much like the engrams from Hawthorne do when they are not picked up. It seems that my exotic that I worked hard to get has disappeared. Thunderlord is not in my character's Inventory, Vault, or in the exotics tab on my character menu. I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue and how it can be fixed? Bungie, please contact me if possible through my email that is registered with my Playstation account! Thank you!
