The exotic perk on this chest piece for hunters (Wraithmetal Mail) should work as a reload that activates perks. Im guessing that this was originally the intent but it seems to have some kind of issue, for example when i get a kill with Ace and dodge, it reloads the weapon but doesnt activate Memento Mori.
