Luna's Howl quest bugged
So, my game is all sorts of messed up. I've tried everything, too. My kill feed doesn't work, I have unlimited revives in both the raid and competitive, and now my quest won't continue. I got to 2100 glory after much hard work, but my quest for Luna's Howl never progressed. It's just stuck on "Reach 'Legend' rank." I'm worried if I play another game and go below Legend I'll be SOL and not be able to get the gun. If I could get any help, it'd be great. Bungie, I hope you read this and can address some of my issues.

Update: No clue what triggered it as I haven't played any crucible since this post, but I randomly showed up in the tower and Shaxx had my Luna's Howl waiting for me. Everything else in my post is still the same, this just happened for some unknown reason.
