Toland has seemingly given up on the light and accepted the way of the sword logic, viewing it as a fact moreso than a belief. Despite this he still helps us where he can, he guided us to defeat Oryx, he leads us through the ascendant realm, he even "makes way for the light" in one of the ascendant challenges. As far as I can tell Toland wants [b]The[/b] guardian to adopt the sword logic and use it to defeat the darkness but I'm not 100% on that. He frequently helps us and chastises us at the same time, I'm unsure what to make of it. What does the community think?
