I think someone did math and unless we're getting 15% of original damage back its actually getting 15% of current damage, which isn't even half of the total nerf. It's basically still a 20% nerf or so. Ill still stick to bows after buff because i sure love emptying half my mag to kill a knight with a high impact scout. And thats just a red bar.
