Y2 Nameless midnight can roll explosive rounds in the 3rd column?
The light.gg stats alludes me about the possiblity of NM with explosive rounds and rampage?
Like can you get explosive rounds not at the last column?

6 RespuestasNegative. Explosive Payload, Rampage, Kill Clip, and Outlaw are all in the same column for kinetic scouts. The best you can do in the other slot (for PvE) is Triple Tap. God roll NM: Rampage and Triple Tap God roll Better Devils (if you were curious): Kill Clip and Outlaw (no Rampage on Better Devils, sadly)
