Yeah because they globally increased everything. I'm sure they thought to reduce scout rifles to keep everything in line or balanced. Now they see that was wrong or too much and are correcting it. Big deal man. It not like they were actively trying to make scout rifles a weaker weapon. If they thought scout rifles were too powerful that they needed to implement a nerf they would have stated so. Yes they lowered their impact but it wasn't for the sake of nerfing. Forsaken brought a whole new sandbox and adjustments were made because that's where they though they needed them to be. They were wrong and a correction is coming.
