Tips for AoS Crucible Headshots
I'm not very good at Crucible, and I'm struggling to get precision kills with hand cannons (a weapon type I'm also not amazing with). I'm not crying for an easier quest, I'd just like to ask if anyone out there can give me some tips to land these headshots.
I'm a Warlock using a Duke Mk 44 with Steadyhand HCS, Rapid Hit, Armor-Piercing Rounds, and Rampage, with Tier 10 Masterwork in Reload Speed.
Enemies usually get behind cover or are gunned down by my teammates before I can fish for that killing shot, and running off on my own or trying to flank makes it easy for them to team-shoot me.
Is there any different angle I can approach this at?

Edit 2: I switched to Better Devils and was able to get it!

1 RespuestaWith any archetype that isn’t a 180 rpm you have to pace your shots. For example Ace of Spades will fire 140 rpm, but if you shoot wildly as fast as you can, it’s very difficult to get headshots— and you will ghost bullets because of it. 140s especially require pacing, although devils seems to be somewhat of an exception. 110s don’t require pacing so much but it’s because they are very slow to begin with. I got a nice roll on the Duke but I can’t tell if it’s any good because I’m still reloading it.
