Scout Rifle Damage
At the release of Destiny 2: Forsaken, Scout Rifle damage was reduced for PvE activities. This was further impacted by an issue where Explosive Rounds were negatively effecting damage, which was addressed in a recent hotfix.
To further address the player feedback, we are planning to increase Scout Rifle damage by 15% in a future patch.

The day after the pre-Forsaken update dropped I went into Prestige Calus and equipped Nameless Midnight to pop the psions as I was going into the void. After one instant wipe where we quickly discovered scouts had been nerfed into the ground, I equipped a pulse and haven't used a scout in anger since. Unnecessary and uncalled for nerf. This felt like it was simply an attempt to get us use something other than Nameless Midnight in PvE because it was popular and effective. All these nice new scouts all of them pointless to equip. Very poor decision.
