When it comes to weapon balancing, we deserve the numbers and specific changes like we used to get in patch notes. We were simply told weapons got rebalanced. We need more than that.
Also, can anyone give me a source for the supposed 30% nerf?

There is not one where it was stated. Trouble is Bungie never even stated they were touching scouts in this way.
