I know Scout rifles have changed? That's literally the point of this WHOLE POST.
BUT it does say they changed weapon damage of primaries.
And like i said, scouts probably didn't change AS MUCH.

Scouts had their damage nerfed by 30%. Other weapons had their body damage weakened but with their critical damage buffed.

All it says is that the increased precision damage and decreased body shot damage. Im sorry but you don’t need a masters degree to see what happened you just need common sense which confuses me as to why you don’t see that bungie did not put the changes in the patch notes. Also a 20% buff compensation is a pretty huge change XD. To not tell people that the damage for scout rifles was reduced overall by that that much is a pretty big problem.
