I got this thing today called Finest Matterweave or something like that, from dismantling a legendary. Finest something. It says that bosses have a chance to drop a masterwork core when killed, and the likelihood increases every time a core doesn’t drop. Seems like we’re taking a small step in the right direction. Things aren’t fixed yet, but my hope is that a vendor(Xur?) would sell these. Does anybody know?
