In my last 22 games, 14 have been against either groups of 3 or a full team, every. damn. time. I'm pretty annoyed. Sometimes I get lucky and the other team might not even be talking, but the vast majority of the time I'm facing guys who must own twitch channels and wear designer headphones because they put me in the ground. There needs to be a solo competitive playlist that is THOROUGHLY AND EXPLICITLY advertised to the fan base. I also recommend reducing the range on shotguns a tad or placing them back in the heavy slot as they were actually really balanced to begin with, and 2 rockets is almost too much. Unfortunately, I once again find myself complaining that your IQ's are lower than the average ACT score. You should seriously hop on that full team vs full randoms though.
