Enemy/Spawn Issues
This probably isn't as huge as other issues going on right now, but in PvE, some enemies were getting stuck in their spawn doors and some enemies were floating in mid air a lot. In PvP (most likely PvE as well), 80% of my deaths put below the map for a brief moment and then went back to normal.
