Hey Bungie, In mission V for the Solstice event (Chosen) Ghaul's Arc shot is a one-hit kill for my power level 357 Titan with the solstice armor on. I'm not sure if this is intended, but if it is, I feel you should at least make it a 95% hit for people doing the mission solo. Thanks for the time and read! It gets quite frustrating!
